Since Metropolitan Commercial Bank first introduced Business Online Banking (BOB) and our first banking apps, we have been listening to clients, learning from the ever-evolving banking and fintech landscape and working to bring clients the tools they need to run their business.
This April, we will launch our updated digital business platforms. A suite of business management and information tools enhanced with an e-banking and business services portal that leverages modular services, data transformation, and multiple delivery and access channels to create a highly flexible platform.
This Guide will help you understand and plan for the transition.
Metropolitan Commercial Bank’s current Business Online Banking platform and Mobile Business Banking apps will no longer be available beginning Friday, April 9, 2021 at 6:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
Online and Mobile Access and Tokens
Logins to online and mobile banking and token apps will all change. Please refer to Accessing Treasury Online, Mobile Treasury and Treasury Tokens section of this Treasury Management Transition Guide.
Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 5:00 pm EDT Last Day to access Bill Pay (previously established bill payment recipients and schedules will remain for each user)
Friday, April 9, 2021 at 4:00 pm EDT Last Mobile Deposit on the current Business Banking mobile app.
Friday, April 9, 2021 Last Processing Date on the current Business Online Banking app
Friday, April 9, 2021 Last Settlement/Effective Date for Wires and internal transfers
Monday, April 12, 2021 Last Settlement/Effective Date for ACH transactions originated from the current Online Banking site. Any ACH originations with a settlement date of beyond 4/12 must be done in the new Treasury Management platform

How will I log in to the new online banking system?

Will the customer ID that I use to login change?
What will my password be when I login to the new online banking system?
Users will be required to create a new password.
I have the Metropolitan Commercial Bank online banking site saved as a favorite. Will that still work?
No. You will need to utilize the new URL – https://treasury.mcbankny.com or preferably, please refer to Accessing Treasury Online, Treasury Mobile / Treasury Tokens section.
How will the upgrade benefit me?
Our new Treasury Management platform provides enhanced flexibility, information reporting, and security.
How long will the upgrade take?
Access to the current Online Banking site and Mobile Banking app will not be available starting at 6:00 pm EST Friday, April 9, 2021.
Access to the new Treasury Management platform will begin Monday, April 12, 2021, at 6:00 am EST.
Metropolitan Commercial Bank’s eBanking Support Team will be available starting Monday, April 12, 2021, at 8:00 am EST.
Do I need to do anything ahead of time to prepare?
What are the new password requirements?
Will I need to reestablish transfers, transaction alerts, etc.?
Yes, please refer to the End User Section of this Fact Sheet.
Will I need to recreate my bill pay?
Bill pay will not be changing. All current information will remain.
Do I need to sign up for E-Statements again?
Yes, E-Statements enrollment is required and must be done within next two (2) months from April 12, 2021. If after two months the account has not yet been re-enrolled to e-statement, the account will be turned into Paper Statement.

If I change my password on Mobile Banking, will it automatically switch to the same password for Treasury Online?
Do I have to sign up for Treasury Online to have the ability to use Mobile Banking?
As Metropolitan Commercial Bank completes its Treasury Management Transition,you will need to modify your Quickbooks or Quicken settings to ensure that yourdata connectivity transfers smoothly to the new system.
